Role
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to help grow our customer base and increase product penetration. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing deals in a competitive market.
This is a field-based role covering Sydney Metro and Greater Sydney, requiring regular travel to client sites.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and secure new business opportunities, with a focus on franchise groups and independent chain retailers
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
Promote and expand distribution of our in-house brand products




Manage and grow existing accounts while identifying upsell opportunities
Conduct market research to identify trends and recent opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in sales or business development
Strong network or experience working with franchise or chain store environments
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organisational and time management skills
Must have a valid driver's license * a reliable vehicle
