CoreStaff is seeking an experienced and safety-focused Forklift Operator for an immediate start with a major steel manufacturer based in Cardiff.
This is a fantastic opportunity to secure steady, Monday-to-Friday work on day shift hours, supporting production and logistics in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operate forklifts to transport steel materials and finished goods safely and efficiently
Load and unload machines and vehicles as required
Ensure materials are correctly staged and stored to support smooth workflow
Maintain a clean, protected, and organised work area
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors across departments
What We're Looking For
Valid LF Forklift Licence(essential)
Proven experience in a warehouse, production, or manufacturing environment
Strong commitment to workplace safety and procedures
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently during set hours
Good communication and teamwork skills
