RAD NRG is a growing family owned solar company, based in Gladstone, operating from Yeppoon down to Bundaberg. We're currently expanding and on the hunt for passionate and motivated individuals to join our next installation team.

We're hiring junior and experienced electricians looking to make the transition into the renewable energy industry. Accreditations and experience are highly sought after, packages are negotiable tailored to suit the right candidate.

Reporting to the company director, your duties will include but not limited to:
Solar, battery and EV charging installations
Switchboard / meterboard upgrades
System upgrades and replacements
Fault finding and maintenance
Training and supervision of apprentices
General electrical work

$110k - $140k depending on experience with annual increases

What's on offer:
4-day week or 9-day fortnight, paid Friday RDOs
Company vehicle - 2026 Hilux SR dual cab, fuel card, uniforms

What you bring:
SAA accreditation – design & install solar (preferred but not essential)
SAA accreditation - design & install batteries (preferred but not essential)
Valid QLD Electrical Licence
Drivers licence, White card, WAH
Forklift ticket (preferred but not essential)
Time management and prioritisation skills
Organised with the ability to maintain consumables stock
IT proficient - ability to use Formbay, Servicem8, drive folders
Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Solid attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
Excellent communication, customer service, leadership and teamwork skills
