World Gym Bundaberg is on the lookout for an energetic, customer-focused Receptionist to join our team!

We have opportunities available for both junior and adult applicants.

We’re especially seeking someone who’s available to work weekends and is excited to be part of a strong team culture.

As a Receptionist, you’ll be the face of our club, greeting members, supporting their fitness journey, and ensuring every visit is a great experience. You’ll also help drive sales of merchandise, supplements, and Barbell Café products, while keeping our front desk running smoothly.





You’ll work closely with and report directly to the Club Manager.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience in a similar customer service or reception role
Experience or confidence in sales is highly regarded
Barista experience or a willingness to learn
A genuine passion for health, fitness, and helping others
A friendly, approachable, and proactive attitude
Weekend availability is essential (flexibility for additional shifts a bonus)
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
