You will be working in a excellent young vibrant team and be the first point of contact so your communication skills are vital.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Accounts Payable.
Accounts Receivable.
Data Entry.
Customer enquiries and service.
Managing and maintaining customer relationships/ expectations.





We need a self-motivated and passionate Administrative Assistant who will be able to think on their feet and work autonomously as well as part of a small team.

The successful applicant must have:
A minimum 2-3years' experience in a similar role.
High attention to detail
Well-developed organisational, planning and prioritisation skills.
Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills.
Administration and Data Entry experience
Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude and enjoy working in a team environment.
Ability to learn recent tasks quickly with the aptitude to learn the product range.
Agricultural/Civil experience or background
Exposure to Xero Accounting (or similar), although training will be provided
