Nucleus Network is expanding, and we are inviting Expressions of Interest from passionate Clinical Operations professionals to help shape and launch our brand‐new, purpose‐built clinical trials site at the North Shore Health Hub in St Leonards, Sydney.
Opportunities will be available across full‐time, part‐time (varying FTE arrangements), and casual employment, and we welcome expressions of interest aligned to what works best for you.

About the role
Clinical Unit Assistants work in our multidisciplinary clinical unit to assist with the coordination and execution of clinical trial procedures.
Screening future participants, supporting the inpatient stays and following outpatient visits.
Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
We particularly welcome applications from Mandarin‐speaking candidates, as the ability to communicate with Mandarin‐speaking clinical trial participants is highly valued.
Key responsibilities
Performing clinical procedures and assessments according to protocol requirements and operating procedure standards
Administering investigational products
Supervise, support and develop good rapport with study participants
Conducting procedures including vital signs, telemetry, ECG's, blood collection, blood processing as well as adverse events and data collection
Requirements
Fluency in English and Mandarin is highly regarded
Able to complete shifts commencing in the morning, afternoon and overnight
This is a unique opportunity to be part of agreenfield site, wherecross‐skilling across functions is an integral requirement as the site establishes and ramps up.
Tertiary qualification in related science or health care discipline




Team player with excellent time management
Ability to adhere to relevant document standards
Excellent communication skills with a high attention to detail
