About the Role
No two days are the same!
This is a hands-on role where you'll work alongside experienced Property Managers while developing your own skills and knowledge.
Your responsibilities will include:




Conductingroutine inspectionsof client properties, reporting on their condition, and collating transparent and accurate inspection reports
Mapping your inspection routes to manage time efficiently
Communicating inspection findings toProperty Managersand landlords
Providing outstanding customer service and creating positive first impressions
Supporting theProperty Managementteam with administration and client communications
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, organised, and eager to build a successful career in property management.
You'll bring:
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Excellent communication and customer service skills
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Confidence working independently and as part of a team
A current Queensland Driver Licence
Your own reliable vehicle, as this role involves significant field work and daily driving
Full working rights in Australia
A current Queensland Real Estate Certificate of Registration (or Full Real Estate Licence)
