Casual Nursing Allocations / Roster Consultant
We are currently seeking Casual Nursing Allocations / Roster Consultant's to join our team at Alliance Nursing in Brisbane, Queensland.
This is a casual position, offering flexibility in your working hours.
With this role, you will play a key role in supporting our nursing team and ensuring they are scheduled effectively to meet the needs of our clients.
Key responsibilities
Manage the daily allocation of nursing staff to client sites
Maintain up-to-date records of nursing staff availability, skills and qualifications
Communicate with nursing staff to coordinate shift coverage and respond to last-minute changes
Liaise with clients to understand their staffing requirements and ensure appropriate nurses are assigned
Identify and resolve any staffing issues or concerns in a timely manner
Support the nursing team with general administrative tasks as needed
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a customer service, call centre or rostering role, preferably within the healthcare or nursing sector
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and nursing staff
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
Proficient in using computer systems and software, including rostering and scheduling tools
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and requirements related to nursing staffing
A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to respond quickly to changing priorities
