As a Trainee Automotive Business Manager, you will be part of a passionate and experienced team of 4, reporting to a General Manager.
Please note that your work hours are Monday - Saturday including a rotational RDO one day per week, Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities include:
Ensuring high-level customer satisfaction and building strong relationships
Selling financial and insurance products
Providing customers with accurate and up-to-date financial services information
Signing off on financial and insurance products and ensuring full compliance with laws and regulations
Ad hoc duties as instructed by management
You will be excellent in this role because:
You have highly developed organisational and time management skills
Strong commitment and dedication towards a process-driven environment
Current driver's licence
Experience working with Dealer Management Systems




We are looking for ahighly enthusiastic and presentable individual with a strong interest in working as a Finance and Insurance Consultant in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership.You will also be someone who has exceptional communication skills and who can build solid relationships with clients and other members of the team.
No previous experience is required -full training in finance and insurance products will be provided.
Above all, you will be a patient and adaptable professional with strong customer service skills and the ability to work with conflicting deadlines and commitments.
