Provide operational and educational leadership across a large, high-occupancy service
Ensure full compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and regulatory requirements
Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team of educators and leaders
Drive continuous improvement to maintain and strengthen our Exceeding rating
Build strong relationships with families, staff and external stakeholders
Support a positive, professional and values-driven workplace culture
Oversee staffing, rosters, compliance systems and daily centre operations
Proven experience as a Nominated Supervisor in a medium to large early childhood centre
Minimum Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher)
Current Working With Children Check
Strong knowledge of:National Quality Framework (NQF)
National Regulations
Child Safe Standards
Regulatory compliance and governance




Demonstrated leadership, staff management and performance development experience
Strong communication, organisation and decision-making skills
Highly regarded
Experience in large-service management (100+ places)
Experience maintaining or achieving Exceeding ratings
Financial, occupancy and operational management capability
Robust quality improvement and compliance systems knowledge
