The Man Walk is seeking a Head of Community & Operations to lead the volunteer network and strengthen local walks. You will provide operational leadership behind the movement and act as the primary connection between the organisation and 100+ Manbassadors.
The role is remote with occasional travel and may be full time or 3.5–4 days for exceptional candidates. You will report to the CEO and help establish a National Manbassador Leadership Team, coordinating with specialists across key business
