HR Truck Driver & Excavator Operators- Temp-to-Perm

Hours:6:00 AM - 3:00 PM (overtime and Saturday work available)
About the Role
We are seeking a multi-skilled operator for a leading civil and construction company.
This hands‐on role requires both heavy vehicle operation and machinery skills, including:
Driving materials safely to and from site with a Heavy Rigid (HR) Licence
Operating an excavator on‐site
Assisting with pier installations and other on‐site construction tasks
This is a temp-to-perm position offering a varied workday, career progression, and plenty of overtime opportunities.

Excavation and earthworks for current developments and civil infrastructure
Roadworks, drainage,



and material transport across sites

Key Responsibilities
Transport materials safely to and from construction sites
Operate excavators and other machinery as required
Assist with pier installation and general site works
Follow strict safety protocols and maintain equipment
Work overtime and Saturdays when required
Skills & Experience
Excavator ticket with proven operating experience
Experience with pier installations and general construction tasks
Strong safety focus and ability to work independently or in a team
Reliability and flexibility for overtime and weekend work
