In this role you will help optimise our website, enhance customer journeys and deliver commercial growth across our digital channels and use data, customer insights and best-practice eCommerce strategies to improve conversion, product discoverability and overall website performance.
How you will add value:
Drive website optimisation initiatives to improve customer experience and conversion
Manage site navigation, search, merchandising and customer journeys
Own and optimise key eCommerce platforms
Manage Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting
Analyse website performance and customer behaviour to identify growth opportunities
Deliver reporting and actionable insights to support trading and business decisions
Support onsite campaign execution, promotional activity and key trade events
Lead and develop one direct report
About You:
Experience in eCommerce, online trading, digital optimisation or website management
Strong understanding of customer journey optimisation and conversion performance
Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn insights into action
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Passion for digital, innovation and continuous improvement
Previous leadership experience or a desire to develop and coach others
