This is a leadership role where your technical expertise and people management skills will be highly valued.

The Role
Working alongside a partner in a cooperative environment
Leading and managing a tax compliance team
Drive performance to meet compliance deadlines and operational targets
Manage a diverse portfolio of clients
Review and oversee financial statements and tax compliance
Identify and advise on Div 7A, CGT, GST & FBT matters
Mentor, train and develop team members
Work on juicy advisory services

Ideally, you’ll be;
A CA/CPA Qualified experienced Business Services Manager with 1 – 2 years’ experience managing a team
Great at building and maintain client relationships
Excellent at planning and time management
A confident communicator with the ability to collaborate in a hybrid team environment
A passionate mentor and role model for upcoming accountants
