About the Role
The role is primarily Accounts Payable data entry, assisting the Finance Supervisor.
This is a rapid-paced, high-volume role.

Responsibilities
Manage accounts inbox
Data entry and PO matching
Reconcile supplier statements
Respond to supplier queries
Complete credit card reconciliations
Process supplier payments and ad-hoc payments
Assist the Finance Supervisor
Skills & Experience
Strong communication skills
Ability to process high volume
Construction experience required
High attention to detail
Ability to work autonomously
Proactive and systems-driven
Experience with Xero or Workbench (desirable but not essential)
