About the Role:
We currently have a vacancy for an experiencedWholesaleParts Interpreterto join ourPartsdepartment located inTaren Point.As a wholesale parts interpreter, you will be assisting our trade customers.




This position isPermanent Full-Time;Monday to Friday - 8:00am to 5:00pm
Responsibilities:
Sales, stock control & administration duties relating to automotive replacement parts
Respond to customer enquiries via counter, telephone and email providing product advice and technical parts support
Preparing quotes & parts documentation
Working closely with our Service team to identify and supply the correct parts, ensuring productivity and efficiency
Selling automotive products and services
About you:
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional phone manner
Previous experience in Automotive Parts - highly regarded
A passion for all things Automotive is a must!
Must demonstrate a strong work ethic, be reliable and punctual
Outstanding team player; ability to work in a team environment
Able to take instructions
Strong commitment to exceptional customer service; in particular when dealing with our clients
Great communication skills and strong attention to detail
Strong computer skills – experience using ERA Power/NET, Pentana and Reynolds software's – highly regarded
Current NSW Driver's License
Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
