We're looking for a motivated Civil Labourer or Junior Pipe Layer who wants to build a long-term career in civil drainage.
This isn't just another labouring job.
We're looking for someone who wants to learn the trade properly and become a quality pipe layer.
You'll work directly alongside one or both of the business owners, receiving hands‐on training every day on live civil drainage projects.
We put a lot of time into preparing jobs before they start.

Civil Labourer / Pipe Layer
What You'll Learn
You'll receive practical, on-the-job training in:
Laying sewer mains
Laying stormwater
Laying water mains
Constructing manholes and pits
Reading construction plans
Setting out trenches and levels
Installing shoring systems
Pressure testing water mains
Concrete finishing
Working safely around live services
Operating plant and equipment
Civil construction safety and WHS
Essential Requirements
Minimum 1 year's experience in Civil Construction (civil drainage preferred)
Current Queensland Driver Licence
Construction White Card
Own transport
PPE
Solid work ethic and willingness to learn
Physically fit and able to work outdoors
Desirable Experience & Tickets
Civil drainage experience
Pipe laying experience
Machinery tickets
Front End Loader Ticket
Confined Space Ticket
Concreting experience
