We're partnering with a respected early learning service on the Sunshine Coast that is passionate about delivering exceptional early childhood education while creating a supportive and rewarding workplace for its team. An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Educational Leader to join the centre in a versatile part-time role, working 3-4 days per week. About the Role
Inspire and support educators to deliver high-quality educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
Guide curriculum planning, documentation and reflective practice across the service.
Mentor and coach educators to build confidence, capability and professional growth.
Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation and ongoing quality improvement.
Work alongside the Centre Leadership Team to achieve positive outcomes for children, families and staff.
Ensure educational practices align with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
Champion inclusive, engaging learning environments where every child can thrive.
About You




A Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
Previous experience as an Educational Leader, Lead Educator or in a senior early childhood role.
Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS and current early childhood best practice.
Excellent mentoring, coaching and leadership skills.
Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities.
A current Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications, or willingness to obtain.
