The Role
Working within our modern fabrication workshop, you will be responsible for manufacturing a diverse range of custom steel and aluminium products to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Your responsibilities will include:
Fabricating and welding custom steel and aluminium structures
Reading and interpreting workshop drawings and fabrication specifications
Performing MIG, TIG and general fabrication work to a high standard
Maintaining excellent workmanship and quality control throughout the fabrication process
Assisting with workflow coordination and supporting apprentices and team members where required
Ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule
Maintaining a clean, organised, and protected workshop environment
Following all Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) procedures and company policies
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Trade qualification as a Boilermaker or Metal Fabricator
Minimum two years' post-trade fabrication and welding experience
Ability to accurately read and interpret fabrication drawings
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work




Experience fabricating structural steel, aluminium, or architectural metalwork
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude
Current Australian Driver Licence and reliable transport
Full Australian working rights
Highly Regarded
The following licences and experience will be advantageous:
High Risk Forklift (LF) Licence
Dogging (DG) Licence
Elevated Work Platform (WP) Licence
Experience working on architectural or commercial fabrication projects
