Night Shift | Sunday to Thursday | 10:00pm - 6:00am
$40+ per hour (depending on skillset and experience)

Are you looking to build a long-term career in the printing and packaging industry? We are seeking reliable and motivated Flexographic Assistant/Slitter Rewinder Operator and a Printer Assistant to join a growing manufacturing team based in Pemulwuy.
Previous flexographic printing or slitter rewinder experience is highly regarded; however, full training will be provided on day shift for candidates with the right attitude, manufacturing background, and willingness to learn.
About the Role
Assisting with the operation of flexographic printing and slitter rewinder machinery
Machine setup and changeovers
Monitoring production runs and quality standards
Preparing materials and loading machinery
Completing production paperwork and records




Identifying and reporting machine or quality issues
Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised work environment
About You
Previous manufacturing or production experience would be ideal
Experience in printing, packaging, converting or related industries (advantageous)
A keen eye for detail and commitment to quality
Good mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
A strong work ethic and reliability
The ability to work permanent night shift
The ability to work well within a team setting
A strong focus on workplace safety
