We are currently building a dedicated, experienced, high-performing support team for a client living with Motor Neurone Disease (MND) in the community.
If you are a compassionate, experienced Support Worker who takes pride in delivering premium, one-on-one care, we want to meet you.
Immediate start available.
The Opportunity
We are providing 24/7 support in Worrowing Heights (30mins South of Nowra), with consistent shifts available across 7 days per week.
Day Shift , 8:00am to 2:00pm
Afternoon Shift , 2:00pm to 8:00pm
Overnight shifts soon to be introduced
Travel is paid per km from your home address to the client's, each shift.
IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE APROX *****HRS/WEEK CAPACITY - must include weekends. Willing to consider permanent part-time role for the right fit
This is a high-impact, relationship-based role, where you will build a genuine connection with one client and deliver the consistency that truly improves quality of life. Reliability is essential for this role.
What You Will Be Doing
You will provide high-quality, person-centred support, helping our client live safely, comfortably and with dignity at home.
This includes,
Supporting complex care needs, including bowel care and ongoing monitoring
Providing safe mobility support using hoists, slings and transfer equipment
Working within a nurse-led, highly supportive team
Maintaining accurate documentation using AlayaCare and Google Workspace
Delivering care aligned with the client's lifestyle and our Happier Ageing® philosophy
Who This Role Is Perfect For
You are an
experienced Disability Support Worker
who values consistency, accountability and high standards of care.
You are
reliable, calm under pressure, and take pride in showing up
and delivering exceptional care every shift.
You will thrive in this role if you bring,
Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, or relevant experience
Experience with
MND or complex neurological conditions
(highly desirable)
Confidence in manual handling
, hoists, transfers and complex personal care
Robust communication and a professional, coachable attitude
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance + Orientation Module
National Police Check
Working With Children Check
First Aid and CPR Certificate
Driver's licence, reliable vehicle, and ability to travel locally
