About the Role

As our Service Technician / Workshop Foreman, you will play a key role in the performance of the workshop by:
Performing servicing, diagnostics, and repairs to the highest standard.
Leading and mentoring technicians and apprentices.
Driving workshop productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
Monitoring and maintaining quality control standards.
Managing workflow and job allocation to ensure vehicles are completed on time and the highest standard.




Ensuring a safe and compliant working environment.
Key point of contact with Manufacture Service teams
Working closely with the Service Manager to achieve workshop targets and customer satisfaction goals.

Has strong diagnostic and technical skills.
Possesses leadership experience or is ready to step into a leadership role.
