You will also bring the following:
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a broad range of staff—both
clinical and administrative—as well as a diverse group of patients
Previous experience in a healthcare or hospital setting is not essential but highly desirable
Strong problem-solving skills
Exceptional customer service abilities
Robust organisational and time-management skills
High level of attention to detail
Strong computer literacy - the ability to navigate multiple IT systems quickly and accurately
Ability towork autonomously
Ability to work at short notice
Willingness to learn and adapt
Experience with hospital patient administration systems or private practice software (desirable)
Understanding of private health insurance and patient billing (desirable)
