We are searching for an experiencedService/Operations Managerto lead their Brisbane operations. This pivotal leadership role oversees service teams (internal and field based)/operations/warehousing, ensuring delivery of the agreed goals and business profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the team to achieve productivity and service
Oversee daily field and internal service operational processes and aim to improve efficiencies
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, promoting a zero‐harm culture
Act as the key liaison for customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business
We are seeking a candidate with:
Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to engage teams
Proven experience managing service teams (mechanics/technicians)
Ability to work with your team to prioritise workloads,



and adapt to changing deadlines
Excellent communication skills and capability to build strong customer relationships
Strong technical/service ops background (ex mechanic or equivalent highly regarded)
