The Y Queensland is currently seeking a Coordinator to lead one of our Outside School Hours Care services on a permanent, full time basis. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will guide day-to-day operations and ensure exceptional, educativa care for children and families in line with the National Quality Framework and Y policies.
You will inspire a high-performing team, manage rostering and budgets, and foster a positive culture where educators, children and families feel valued and supported.
