About The Role

The Community Facilities Planning Officer is responsible for planning and overseeing capital works programs both renewals, and new & upgrades, for the City's Community Infrastructure.

The position focuses on the capital planning phase of the asset lifecycle, ensuring capital works programs are strategically developed to support compliance, optimise whole-of-life performance, and deliver value across the City's community infrastructure assets.

We're Looking For People Who Have

Bachelor in Business / Commerce / Engineering or relevant equivalent knowledge and experienceC Class Drivers Licence (unrestricted) (Mandatory)Demonstrated experience in project or program managementHigh attention to detailExcellent interpersonal skills to actively engage with internal and external stakeholdersAbility to think outside of the box to enhance ways of working
