About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to deliver high-quality maintenance plumbing services while providing leadership and support to a growing field team.
Reporting directly to the Management team, some of your responsibilities will include:
Completing commercial and residential maintenance plumbing works
Leading jobs on-site and supporting junior team members
Diagnosing plumbing issues and implementing effective solutions
Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining client relationships
Managing works across schools, restaurants, strata properties, and commercial sites
Ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
Supporting business growth through strong workmanship and leadership
About You
The successful candidate will have:
Current Plumbing Trade Qualification
Solid experience in maintenance plumbing environments
Strong leadership capability and ability to take ownership on-site
Excellent problem-solving and fault-finding skills
Strong communication and customer service skills
Reliable, skilled, and team-oriented approach
