Assist clients with lodgement of claims with insurers;
Data entry of claims into Insight system;
Provide advice to clients on best possible resolution;
Follow up of claims processes with insurers;
Ensure clients receive full entitlements from claim;
Answer incoming claims calls;
Handle under excess claims for clients including recovery.
About You
To be successful in securing this opportunity the candidate we are seeking will be a team player, be highly organised, have an eye for detail, have a high level of client service skills.
This an excellent chance for someone new to claims - no prior experience necessary.
