About the Role
As the Laminating Leader, you'll be responsible for leading a high-performing crew while actively contributing on the floor. Whether it's troubleshooting issues, assisting with machine setups, or helping the team meet production targets, you'll be right there with the crew getting the job done.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a team of laminating operators.
Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork.
Work alongside the team on the floor when required – this is a true hands-on leadership role.
Drive production performance, quality, and efficiency outcomes.
Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
Support machine maintenance to ensure equipment is running safely and efficiently.
Ensure production schedules and customer expectations are met.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and engage others.
Willingness to lead from the front and get on the tools with the team.
Experience in a manufacturing, converting, printing, or laminating workplace.
