The Chance

This is a hands‑on role suited to a lawyer with 3+ years' post-admission experience who is confident running files independently and enjoys working directly with clients.

You’ll be trusted to manage your own matters while receiving support from an experienced Director and collaborative team whenever needed.

Your practice will include:
Commercial conveyancing
Property developments and off-the-plan transactions
Commercial and residential property transfers
Business sales and acquisitions
Commercial and retail leasing
Mortgage,



finance and guarantee advice
General commercial and property law matters

No two days are the same, giving you exposure to a broad range of quality commercial and property work.

About You

You'll ideally bring:
At least 3 years' PAE in Queensland Commercial Property Law
Strong experience in residential and commercial conveyancing
Experience with property finance, mortgages and loan documentation
Exposure to developments, off-the-plan projects, manufactured homes or retirement villages (highly regarded)
Excellent drafting and technical skills
Confidence managing files from start to finish
A commercial, solutions-focused mindset
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Experience using Smokeball and PEXA (preferred)
