ABOUT THE ROLE
Tidda Workforce is currently seeking experienced
Traffic Controllers
for a
large‐scale Tier 1 infrastructure project
based in
Sydney NSW
.
This is a premium opportunity to work on a
major long‐term project
alongside industry‐leading contractors, with strong pay rates, ongoing work potential, and excellent site conditions.
Location: Sydney, NSW
Role: Traffic Controller - Tier 1 Infrastructure
Employment Type: Casual (ADHOC with ongoing potential)
Roster: Day & Night shifts (project dependent)
Pay Rate: $***** per hour casual
Penalty rates apply
Daily Travel Allowance: $70 per day
Additional project allowances applicable
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Implement and work in accordance with
Traffic Guidance Schemes (TGS)
and
Traffic Management Plans (TMPs)
Operate Stop/Slow bat and complete site setup and pack down




Manage traffic flow safely and efficiently
Communicate effectively with crews, clients, and the public
Maintain high safety and professionalism at all times
Work as part of a coordinated traffic crew on a Tier 1 site
ABOUT YOU
You are a highly experienced Traffic Controller who understands the demands of
large‐scale infrastructure projects
and thrives in high‐performance crews.
To be considered, you
must
have:
Minimum
3 years Traffic Control experience on Tier 1 / large infrastructure projects
White Card (Construction Induction)
Silica Awareness Certificate - or willing to obtain
Stop/Slow Bat Ticket
Implement Traffic Control Plans (IMP) Ticket
Solid understanding of TGS and TMPs
Driver's licence and reliable transport
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work ADHOC shifts at short notice
Ability to pass Drug & Alcohol testing
Highly regarded:
TMA (Truck Mounted Attenuator) ticket
