About the Role
Reporting to the Global Director of Medical Affairs, you will provide expert clinical input across a broad range of medical affairs activities.
You will work closely with teams across regulatory affairs, research and development, quality assurance, engineering, marketing, commercial and global reimbursement.
Your clinical knowledge will support the full product lifecycle, from risk assessment and product development through to regulatory documentation, training and market insights.




This is a highly visible role that requires strong clinical judgement, excellent written communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert clinical guidance across vascular therapy areas, including patient selection, treatment pathways, procedural considerations, risks, perks and evolving clinical practice.
Support clinical risk assessments, regulatory submissions, product development activities and post-market medical affairs initiatives.
Review and contribute to internal and external-facing scientific, clinical, regulatory and training documents.
Partner with cross-functional teams including regulatory affairs, research and development, quality assurance, engineering, marketing, commercial and reimbursement.
Monitor scientific literature, clinical data, market trends and developments in vascular medicine and medical device innovation.
Build and maintain relationships with key clinicians, external experts and relevant healthcare stakeholders.
Provide medical and scientific input to support internal training, external education and commercial initiatives.
Lead high-complexity medical affairs projects, ensuring deliverables are completed accurately, independently and to a high standard.
Contribute to strategic decision-making across the medical device lifecycle.
Provide guidance and support to junior medical affairs team members where required.
About You




You will bring strong vascular clinical experience and a genuine interest in applying your expertise within a global medical device environment.
You may currently be practising clinically and looking for a transition into industry, or you may already have experience in medical affairs, clinical development, regulatory, product development or medical device strategy.
You will be analytical, detail-oriented and comfortable reviewing complex clinical and scientific information.
Strong communication, stakeholder management and technical writing skills will be essential.
Key Requirements
Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery, or equivalent medical qualification.
Clinical experience in vascular surgery, vascular medicine or a closely related specialty.
Direct patient care experience preferred.
Strong understanding of medical and surgical procedures, ideally including the use of medical devices in a clinical setting.
Experience or strong interest in the medical device industry.
Advanced technical writing skills.
Strong analytical capability and ability to review clinical literature, scientific publications and web-based research.
Ability to provide clear clinical input across regulatory, product development, quality, commercial and medical affairs activities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently on complex projects while collaborating effectively across global teams.
