Therapy Fusion Pty Ltd Registered NDIS Provider is seeking enthusiastic and dedicatedOccupational Therapists Graduatesto join our dynamic team inBella Vista, NSW.
This is afull-time positionoffering an exceptional opportunity for newly qualified occupational therapists to launch their careers in a supportive and progressive healthcare environment.
As a Graduate Occupational Therapist, you will work alongside experienced clinicians to deliver high-quality rehabilitation and occupational therapy services to clients across various settings.
This role is pivotal in helping individuals regain independence, improve their functional capacity, and enhance their quality of life through evidence-based occupational therapy interventions.
Key responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments to identify client needs, functional limitations and rehabilitation goals
Deliver occupational therapy services to a diverse caseload across all age groups
Provide therapy in a variety of settings, including participants' homes, schools, clinics, and the wider community
Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team and benefit from well-established referral networks
Develop and implement individualised occupational therapy treatment plans in collaboration with clients and the multidisciplinary team
Make a meaningful difference in participants' lives while enjoying the flexibility and autonomy to manage your own schedule
Deliver therapeutic interventions utilising a range of evidence-based techniques and adaptive strategies to promote independence and participation
Monitor client progress, document outcomes and modify treatment plans as required to ensure optimal results
Provide education and training to clients and their families regarding adaptive strategies, equipment use and self-management techniques
Collaborate effectively with colleagues,



allied health professionals and other healthcare providers to deliver coordinated care
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with professional standards and organisational policies
Participate in continuing professional development and supervision to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and therapeutic environment for clients and staff
What we're looking for
Current Full registration with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia (OTBA) ( APHRA)
Recently graduated or within the first few years of post-graduation experience
Strong knowledge of occupational therapy assessment and intervention strategies applicable to rehabilitation and healthcare settings
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport with diverse clients and families
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment
High level of professionalism, reliability and commitment to client-centred care
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in clinical documentation and record-keeping
Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development and learning opportunities
Ability to manage workload effectively and respond to changing priorities in a busy healthcare environment
Preferred: Experience or interest in working with adults in rehabilitation, disability support or community healthcare settings
Driving Licence, First Aid & CPR, NDIS WSC, Work With Children check
