The Position
Reporting to the Project Manager, you'll be responsible for driving a proactive safety culture across this landmark $130M development.
Rather than simply enforcing compliance,



you'll work closely with Site Managers, subcontractors and consultants to ensure safety is embedded throughout every stage of the project.
Responsibilities
Daily site inspections and audits
Site inductions and toolbox talks
Review and monitor SWMS
Manage subcontractor compliance
Incident investigations and reporting
WHS documentation and statutory compliance
Coach and mentor site teams on best practice safety
Promote a positive and proactive safety culture
Skills & Experience
Tertiary qualification in WHSE
Previous experience on commercial or residential projects over $50M
Strong understanding of NSW WHSE legislation
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to influence subcontractors and site teams
Skilled presentation and strong organisational skills
