Retail Assistant Store Manager - Tea Tree Plaza

We’re looking for an experienced, customer‑focused Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager at Lorna Jane Tea Tree Plaza. This role involves driving sales, leading floor staff, and creating an exceptional in‑store experience.

Key Responsibilities
Support the Store Manager to achieve sales targets, store KPIs, and team performance goals.
Lead by example on the shop floor and deliver exceptional customer service.
Coach, motivate, and develop team members through feedback, training, and role‑modeling.
Help manage day‑to‑day store operations including stock control, visual merchandising, and store presentation.
Step up and manage the store when the Store Manager is on RDO or leave.
Represent the Lorna Jane brand and inspire customers through active living and community connection.

Passion for creating memorable in‑store experiences,



with customers as priority.
Qualified experience in a senior retail leadership role (Assistant Store Manager, Store Manager, Retail Manager, Department Manager).
Track record of driving sales and achieving KPI targets.
Confidence in coaching team and supporting performance development.
Solid operational skills in stock, merchandising, and daily store routines.
