Medical Receptionist - Casual - 5 days per fortnight

North Sydney Sports Medicine is a hub for all things related to SportsMedicine. Our practice comprises Sports Medicine Physicians, Podiatrist, Specialist Physiotherapists and Rheumatologists. North Sydney Sports Medicine is one of the premium Sports Medicine practices in Sydney, striving at all times to be at the cutting edge of Sports Medicine.

We are currently seeking a Casual Medical Receptionist for 5 days per fortnight plus holiday and sick leave cover. As the face of the practice, the reception team form a core part of the organisation. Excellent customer service and a willingness to go the extra mile for our patients and practitioners is central to our values.

The role is located in St Leonards, Monday to Friday. Our business hours are 7.30am – 6pm.
answering incoming calls
meeting and greeting patients




booking appointments
processing payments
diary management

Desired criteria
Friendly, welcoming personality
Outstanding attitude and willingness to learn
Team player with excellent work ethic
Attention to detail & accuracy of data entry
Clear telephone manner
Positive verbal and written communication skills
Experience in Medical reception duties (desired but not essential)
