Protech Cairns is currently seeking a Project System Representative (PSR)
to join our client, a commercial business within the Department of Transport and Main Roads, supporting the delivery of road infrastructure and maintenance projects across Queensland.

About the Role As a Project System Representative, you will play a key role in supporting project delivery teams by maintaining project information, managing system data, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of reporting processes.
Your responsibilities will include:
Maintaining project management systems and databases
Coordinating the collection, validation, and reporting of project information
Supporting project teams with system processes, documentation, and compliance requirements
Monitoring project data to ensure accuracy and quality
Preparing reports and providing insights to support decision‐making
Liaising with project personnel and stakeholders to resolve system‐related issues
Assisting with continuous improvement initiatives across project delivery systems
To be successful in this position, you will have:
Experience in project administration, project controls, business systems, or a similar role




Strong analytical and problem‐solving abilities
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
The ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines in a fast‐paced environment
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and reporting tools
Experience within construction, civil infrastructure, engineering, or government environments will be highly regarded
