The Opportunity
This is a rare opportunity to work on architecturally designed homes and apartments featuring premium finishes, innovative construction techniques and exceptional attention to detail.
Working closely with senior estimators and project teams, you will gain hands-on exposure to estimating, procurement, contract administration, cost planning and project delivery.



Over time, you'll develop a comprehensive understanding of the luxury residential construction process and build the foundations for a successful career in either Estimating or Project Management.
About You
To be considered for this role, you will have:
Trade and/or tertiary qualifications in Construction
2+ years' experience in Estimating, Contracts Administration or a similar construction role
Strong analytical, numerical and data entry skills
A genuine interest in luxury residential construction
Reliable references and a stable work history
