is seeking a motivated and organised
Junior Rostering Officer
to join our team in a
Permanent Part time Afternoon Position
.
Working closely alongside our
Rostering Officer
, you will play an important role in coordinating client services and support worker schedules across our community care programs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in workforce coordination, administration, and community services within a supportive and growing organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with creating and updating staff rosters.
Communicate roster changes with clients and support workers.
Coordinate shift replacements and staff availability.
Maintain accurate records in rostering and CRM systems.
Provide administrative support to the rostering team.
Ensure confidentiality and compliance with organisational procedures.
About You
Previous experience in administration, customer service, scheduling, or a similar role.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer systems.




Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
Experience in aged care, disability, community services, or healthcare.
Exposure to rostering or workforce scheduling systems.
Pay Rates
We pay under the
Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Award [MA******] – Home Care
, with hourly rates ranging
from $32 to $39 per hour
, depending on your classification, experience, and qualifications.
