An established, high-performing medical practice in a
North Brisbane Regional Hub (Non-DPA)
is seeking two practitioners to support rapid growth and manage the immediate handover of patients from
two retiring GPs
. This is an exceptionally rare chance to secure a massive, high-billing patient base quickly, available as both a
Permanent
position and a
Locum
role.
The clinic has been serving the community for over 30 years and provides comprehensive family, skin, and antenatal care.
Financial & Contract Details
Remuneration Split: Premium
70% of Gross Billings
.
Guaranteed Rate: A secure introductory rate of
$150 per hour
for the first 3 months.
Average Earnings: Current billings average
$380 per hour
, equating to an average take-home of
$266 per hour
—one of the highest rates in the region.
Contract: Permanent or Locum, Full-Time or Part-Time (Versatile sessions).
Billing Structure: High-volume
Mixed Billing
structure.
Work Schedule & Facilities
Roster:
Flexible sessions available for FT/PT. Extended Weekday hours (Mon-Thurs until 6:00 pm).
Saturday mornings (8:00 am – 11:00 am) required.
Support: Full-time Nurse support and a dedicated, experienced Practice Manager. Ample practitioner parking is available.
Mandatory Disclosure: Please note that the clinic
does not have windows
in the consulting rooms and
does not have a dedicated CDM room
.
Applicant Requirements
Vocationally Registered General Practitioner (FRACGP/FACRRM).
Must be eligible for a Medicare Provider Number in a
Non-DPA
area.
Experience or interest in minor procedures is highly regarded.
Additional Information
Exceptional Earnings: Average take-home of $266 per hour (70% on $380/hr billing)
