About the role:
Meeting and exceeding sales KPIs.
Ensuring all customers receive exceptional service
Hone your product knowledge
Assist in merchandising and administrative duties
Follow and maintain company policies
Assist in tasks given by management
About You:
The ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Minimum 1-2 years sales experience required to demonstrate ability to meet and exceed targets




Experience in furniture retail is preferred but not essential
Must be available to work most weekends per month as required by retail operations
Self-motivated, energetic and a positive attitude
Customer service focused mindset with a team player mentality
Responsible individual with discipline and completes task on time
Excellent communication & organisational skills
Must possess Australian work rights to be eligible for employment
