Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing commercial clients
Identify sales opportunities through outreach, networking and market research

Manage the full sales and leasing cycle, from lead generation to closing, with support




Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting
Manage pipelines and client communications

Previous experience in real estate at any level

Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long‐term client relationships
Comfortable managing pipelines and working toward KPIs
