What You'll Be Doing
Diagnose, service and repair residential and commercial air conditioning systems.
Carry out preventative maintenance and fault finding.
Deliver outstanding customer service while representing our company professionally.
Installers
Install split, ducted and VRF air conditioning systems.
Work across residential homes, renovations, and light commercial projects.
Maintain high-quality workmanship and attention to detail.
Work closely with our team to deliver projects safely and efficiently.
Everyone
Work alongside a supportive, experienced team.
Mentor apprentices and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Maintain high safety standards and quality workmanship.
Continue learning new products,



technologies and installation methods.
Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Qualified Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Technician or Installer.
NSW Contractor or Supervisor Licence.
Currently completing your 3rd or 4th year apprenticeship.
Strong willingness to learn and develop.
