Currently completing,
enrolled in or interested in obtaining a Degree in Agriculture, Engineering, Business or a related discipline.
Less than five years' experience in a supervisory role
Practical leadership skills tailored specifcally for new and front-line supervisors
Deep understanding of SOPs, corporate policies, and WHS procedures
Hands-on experience with structured onsite rotations across all production and corporate areas
Exposure to real-world decision making through case discussions and skills-based activities
Ongoing support via quarterly mentoring and coaching
A strong foundation in leading by example, self-leadership, and organisational leadership
