Alspec is seeking a motivated and organised Area Manager to join our Albury branch, servicing customers across metropolitan and regional areas.

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated, organised, and commercially driven Area Manager to join our Albury team. This is a hands-on sales role where you will be responsible for developing strong customer relationships, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional service across a diverse customer base.
Key responsibilities include:
Achieving sales and profitability budgets within your territory
Managing and growing existing customer relationships




Identifying and developing new business opportunities
Managing a broad and diverse customer portfolio across multiple industries
Providing tailored solutions and high-quality customer service
Working closely with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met

Experience in aluminium systems, windows and doors, hardware, or a related building or industrial sales environment
Strong technical aptitude with sound knowledge of industry standards and regulations
The ability to work autonomously while managing priorities and meeting deadlines
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong commercial awareness
Confidence in developing new business and managing a diverse customer base
