About Us
Broken Hill Mines is building a long-term future in one of Australia's most historic mining regions. The Rasp Mine is an operating silver-lead-zinc mine with a large Mineral Resource and a 750,000tpa processing plant. The mine has operated for over 120 years, producing zinc and lead concentrates that are sold globally.
Located 15km southwest of Broken Hill, the Pinnacles Mine contains one of the region's highest-grade and shallowest silver-zinc-lead deposits. Following the recent acquisition of the Rasp Mine and a Joint Venture option for the Pinnacles Mine, Broken Hill Mines is working to consolidate the two operations and establish a leading and long-term base metals mining operation in the region.
If you are ready to take the next step in your mining career and build your future as an underground Mining Engineer, we would like to hear from you.
