The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Officer to join the team at Seven Hills, Powers Rd.
You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing up-to-date information about their repairs and instilling confidence that the customer has left their car in very capable hands.
Permanent position, Monday to Friday.
Your role will include:
Greeting and checking in customers as they arrive for their assessment
Providing clear and up-to-date information about vehicle repairs
Maintaining a welcoming and professional customer workplace
Managing the vehicle return process and addressing any customer concerns
What we're looking for:
Experience in a customer-facing, rapid-paced environment
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport in person and over the phone
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
A team player committed to delivering outstanding customer service
