Education Marketing Consultant
Global Bridge College of Australia is looking for a motivated Japanese Marketing Consultant to support the growth of our Japanese-speaking market. This role combines consultation, client engagement, strategic business development, and digital marketing to help Japanese students and young professionals explore study and career opportunities in Australia.

Key Responsibilities
Student Consultation & Sales Support: Communicate with prospective Japanese clients through social media, email, and online consultations, provide guidance on education, career training, and overseas opportunities in Australia, build relationships with students, working holiday participants, and young professionals, support enquiries through to enrolment, conduct follow-ups and maintain solid client relationships, identify market needs and provide valuable market insights.
Market Development & Outreach:



Assist in developing strategies to grow the Japanese market, support partnership development and community engagement, research education, migration, career, and working holiday trends, strengthen Global Bridge's presence within the Japanese community.
Marketing & Content: Create and localise content for Instagram, Facebook, blogs, and websites, translate promotional materials into natural Japanese, support social media campaigns and community engagement, assist with branding and campaign analysis.
Preferred Skills & Experience
Native Japanese or business-level Japanese
Strong consultation and interpersonal skills
Experience in marketing, sales, customer service, or consulting
Confident using social media for communication
Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools
Interest in education, migration, study abroad, or career development
Ideal Candidate
Passionate about supporting Japanese students and young professionals
Comfortable with both client consultation and digital marketing
Creative, proactive, and culturally aware
Interested in international education and cross-cultural communication
