What you'll be doing
Greeting customers and providing friendly, helpful service at the market stall
Demonstrating products and answering customer enquiries with enthusiasm and product knowledge
Processing sales transactions accurately and securely
Maintaining an attractive and well-organized market stall display
Handling cash and card payments responsibly
Building positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
Assisting with stock management and restocking displays as needed
Following company policies and procedures to ensure a professional shopping experience
Collaborating with team members to meet sales targets and support stall operations
What we're looking for
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine interest in customer service
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and handle multiple customer interactions efficiently
Strong numeracy skills and experience with cash handling or point-of-sale systems (essential)
A positive, professional attitude and willingness to represent the Flare2Fire and Sriracha Australia brands
Reliability and punctuality, with flexibility to work casual shifts on weekends with early starts
You will be required to collect equipment and stock from Raby NSW ****,
drive to market location, set up, sell and return to base
A clear drivers license and access to a suitable vehicle, such as a large hatchback or SUV, are essential
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous retail or customer service experience is advantageous but not required
A valid form of identification and right to work in Australia
