ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a capable and driven Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis at Mounties, in Mount Pritchard.
Reporting to the Business Development Manager, the successful candidate will play a critical role in transforming complex data into actionable insights that enhance product performance and support strategic decision making.
More specifically, your duties will include but are not limited to:
Analyse gaming product performance, player behaviour, and key metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
Partner with stakeholders to gather and turn business and data requirements into meaningful analytical outputs
Develop and maintain robust dashboards and automated reporting using Power BI
Perform complex data extraction, validation, and querying using MySQL
Apply advanced analytics and AI techniques for forecasting,



segmentation, and trend analysis
Translate data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences
Continuously improve data processes, reporting frameworks, and analytical methodologies
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in securing this role, you will ideally possess the following skills and experiences:
Extensive understanding of gaming products, performance metrics, player behaviour, and regulatory considerations
Robust analytical capability with experience working on large, complex datasets
Proven ability to gather, analyse, and translate business and data requirements into actionable insights
Proficiency in MySQL for data extraction, validation, and complex querying
Advanced Power BI skills, including data modelling, DAX measures, dashboard design, and automated reporting
Experience applying AI or advanced analytics for forecasting, segmentation, trend analysis, or process optimisation
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a continuous improvement mindset
